Matt Falkenstein has been an attorney at Skapik Law Group since January 2021, and has been with the firm since January 2020. Since becoming an attorney, Mr. Falkenstein has advocated passionately and zealously for his clients when their rights have been violated and always fighting hard for a fair resolution to their claims. Mr. Falkenstein has handled cases in a number of practice areas, including Excessive Force/Police Brutality cases, Police Misconduct cases, Employment Discrimination and Wrongful Termination cases, Wage & Hour Class Actions, and Catastrophic Personal Injury cases.

Mr. Falkenstein is a creative and passionate attorney who always puts his client’s needs first, and will do whatever it takes to secure justice for his clients. He works closely with the rest of the Skapik Law Group team to find creative solutions to difficult cases. Mr. Falkenstein has represented clients in the Superior Court of California for the Counties of San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, and Orange, and has argued in the California Court of Appeal. Mr. Falkenstein also represents clients and is licensed to practice in all Federal District Courts in the State of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Falkenstein received his law degree from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2020, where he now serves as a member of the law school’s alumni advisory board. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, where he grew up. He is a member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and participates in events for a number of other professional organizations throughout Southern California.
