Mr. Berkley has been a member of Skapik Law Group since 2013. Mr. Berkley’s practice areas focus primarily in litigation of general tort liability, complex, Qui Tam False Claims Act and class action matters involving employment and labor disputes, wage and hour claims, and trucking litigation.
